Random Thoughts of a 4 Year Old
Sounding annoyed in the car this week, my daughter said,
“Mom, why does God live in Canada? He is supposed to live up there.” (and points to the sky).
Me: “Honey, God doesn’t live in Canada. He lives up in Heaven”.
Daughter: “Oh yeah… I want to go to Heaven”
She has wanted to talk about Heaven a lot lately. I try to answer her questions in ways she can understand.
So I attempted again…After a short moment of silence (to digest my great wisdom and then disregard it), she replied...“After we visit Heaven can we go to Canada? I miss my cousins”.
Oh, to be 4 years old.
